Pastor

Randy Henderson

Pastor Randy Henderson is the second son of four children born to Isaiah and Alice Henderson in Dallas, Texas. He married the love of his life, Lady Belinda Henderson, on April 13, 1991. They have three wonderful children together who also serve in the ministry, Randaisha Henderson, Desmond Henderson, and Cathryn Henderson.

Under the leadership of Superintendent Norris Scott, he began his in-depth, and illustrated teaching style at the age of 16, where he taught Sunday School, at the United Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C. Sunday School Youth Department.

After joining Light House C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Superintendent E.E. Calloway, Pastor Hendersons' early leadership skills were recognized and he was given charge to head up the Jr. Deacons Department.

He accepted the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ on March 5, 1998, at the Light House C.O.G.I.C., and preached his first sermon the following Wednesday night.

Shortly after joining the Potter's House of Dallas, under the leadership of Bishop T.D. Jakes, he was given charge as a deacon teamlead. On June 24, 2011, Pastor Henderson was licensed as a minister, at Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies Inc., located in Columbus, Ohio.

Pastor Henderson is an accomplished bass guitar player, and has traveled nationally with the group “One Accord”. He still uses his gift in churches, workshops and conferences, to glorify the name of Jesus Christ. The call has become full circle now, and he is dedicated to creating and cultivating an authentic church experience that will foster love, joy and peace, to turn the hearts of God's people back to him, by re-committing their walk with God through bible-based teaching that glorifies God and exceeds all expectation.
